  • With the university overlooking several of Chicago's major hospitality and tourism destinations, the Manfred Steinfeld School of Hospitality and Tourism Management offers an undergraduate program preparing students in these areas of emphasis: lodging; food and beverage; meeting and events; sports hospitality management, and tourism administration. Other subject areas include casino and club management. Two graduate programs are also offered: the more traditional Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and an Executive Master in Hospitality and Tourism Management designed as a one-year, on-line course of study for those with five for more years of experience in the hospitality industry. Upon request, the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management also provides convention groups with voluntary part-time student interns to work their event as registration clerks, room monitors, way-finders, exhibit and general assistants to gain important industry experience.
