Comprising painting, installation, perfumed powders, and porcelain sculptures, Matt Morris presents a new body of work that examines signifiers of femme and femininity in search of psychological spaces of repose. Interlocutors within Morris’ research include Rrose Sélavy, Vaginal Davis, Sherrie Levine, Gay Block, comic characters, 90s alt pop, and the history of perfumery.
This exhibition is free and open to the public.
