HOLD THESE TRUTHS is an exploration into the beginnings of the United States, the American Revolution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution, featuring insight, notable figures and anecdotes, and storytelling. Paul Turner, a solo performance veteran (The Annoyance, Steppenwolf, Live Bait, Filet of Solo) will examine how we got here, politically, after examining how we started, using wit and interwoven personal stories from his indelible experiences going to a county courthouse nearly every day during his childhood, which informed him about law and government from an early age.
