2025 NASW National Conference

Every year, our conference unites several thousand social workers and mental health professionals from around the globe. And in 2025, we’re taking it to new heights.

Chicago, a city celebrated for its profound impact on social reform and vibrant community spirit, welcomes us all in 2025. From Jane Addams pioneering social work at Hull House to Diane Nash leading courageous sit-ins or Whitney Young challenging the profession to stand up for what is right, even if it means standing alone even to a young community organizer from the South Side who would ascend to become President, Chicago has always been a stage for transformative leaders. This city’s legacy in advocating for labor rights and social justice not only enriches our gathering but also inspires us to embrace the powerful changes we can forge together.

NASW 2025 isn’t just a gathering; it’s a powerhouse of innovation and inspiration. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a new graduate, you’ll find workshops and sessions designed to push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.

Imagine a place where you can share your ideas with like-minded professionals, where every conversation sparks a new idea or a collaboration that could change the community you serve.

NASW 2025 is more than a conference. It’s a celebration, a challenge, and a chance to be part of leading change and inspiring action. Register early, and be a part of energizing a new era of social work.
