Reservation Cancellation Policy Any cancellation by Host will result in forfeiture of the Deposit, and depending upon the time of the cancellation may also result in forfeiture of Event Fee. If Host cancels the reservation for the Event within two days of the Event Date, MxD shall be entitled to retain the entire Event Fee and the Deposit.
