    Red Beet infused Savoy cabbage rolls with bison and millet filling smothered in roasted pepper and caper sauce. Served with a deconstructed Ukrainian Banosh, with creamy ground corn meal, bryndza sheep cheese and pork belly each rolled into a separate sphere, bread and gently fried, and served with Carpathian mushroom cream sauce.
