  • Sidewalk Chicken: a new spin to an old family recipe, this item dates back to our days in new york when our grandfathers would take turns cooking salt baked chicken on the sidewalk. Today, we make chicken quarters in a similar fashion, using five spice to season and then baking the chicken in salt. The chicken is then cut table side before tossing with five spiced tofu, green onions, serano chilis, and sesame oil.
