  • Dining room: In our main dining room, we can reserve a long table for up to 20 people or a large round table for up to 16 people. State Street Room: The State Street Room is located off the side of our dining room and lounge. The space is considered semi-private, overlooking State Street with plush velvet curtains that can separate the area from the other spaces in the restaurant. This space exudes Maple & Ash's vibrant energy. It is perfect for smaller groups -- up to 26 guests seated and 40 guests for a cocktail reception -- with no through traffic. Atrium: The Atrium, located in the center of the dining room, features 24 foot ceilings with skylights that look out to the city and a show-stopping, custom made pearl necklace chandelier that hangs in the center of the room. Considered a semi-private space, the Atrium is surrounded by glass doors -- that can remain opened or closed -- with long semi-sheer curtains and velvet drapes. This space holds up to 50 guests seated comfortably and 75 guests for a cocktail reception. The Atrium is available for booking from 5pm to 8pm or from 8:30pm for the duration of your evening. Daytime: Maple & Ash is closed to the public during the day, however the State Street Room, Atrium and other sectioned off areas of our dining room are available for semi-private and private events. Additionally, we book large parties and events in Eight Bar and Patio, both during lunch and dinner hours. This option works well for those who want lighter, more casual fare. The food and beverage minimums vary for each space, depending on date and time. We do not book private events on Friday and Saturday evenings, but are more than happy to accommodate groups with up to 20 guests in the dining room.

    • Reservation Cancellation Policy: For parties of 7 or more, we require a credit card on file to hold your reservation. There is no charge or hold on your card. This is for our cancellation and no-show policy. We ask that you give us a minimum 24 hour notice for a cancellation. If you do cancel or no-show the day of your reservation, there will be a penalty charge of $50 per person charged on a gift card you may use at a later time. If you need to reduce the number on your party within 24 hours, there is no penalty.
