Julius Rosenwald was the head of Sears, Roebuck and had this home built in 1902 by Nimmons & Fellows, whom would go on to become Sears’ house architects. The home is not a far distance from Rosenwald’s greatest gift to the City of Chicago, the Museum of Science & Industry.
