  • One of JT's signature services is the planning and management of events, of all sizes and types, ranging from corporate meetings and international summits to public policy conferences and grand openings. While our team has extensive experience in managing the high profile and magnitude of large-scale events, we also know how to make smaller events special and impactful right here in our own backyard. We take a strategic approach that elevates the impact of events, recognizing that they are not just moments in time, but integral components of an effective communications and marketing strategy designed to advance a larger business or public policy goal. We set the standard for event management by recognizing the importance of hands-on attention to details large and small. JT is experienced in and understands the sensitivities associated with working on projects that require multifaceted stakeholders with diverse interests to come together behind a common goal. From past projects, including the North American Climate Summit to the 12th World Summit of Noble Peace Laureates, UIC Urban Forum, Grosvenor’s Small and Emerging Managers Conference, ADA 25 and Chicago Social Media Week, one of our team's particular strengths is handling an event “soup to nuts.” Specifically, we facilitate all aspects of events to ensure that everything from concept, program development and stage management to audience development, marketing and onsite staffing is coordinated in a comprehensive and effective manner. For all of these projects, our work included extensive grassroots outreach and hyper-local targeting to ensure an audience comprised of individuals interested in the given topic.
