Hoanh Long

Hoanh Long is a Vietnamese restaurant in the North Park neighborhood of Chicago that features a large array of pho and other Vietnamese dishes. There are ideal amounts of noodles and meat, which are both very good and cooked perfectly, but the real kicker is the broth. It is savory and complex, just phenomenal.
