With an emphasis on sourcing from local farms and cuisine highlighted by seasonal ingredients, Executive Chef/Partner Giuseppe Tentori has curated a meat-centric menu indicative of his signature sharable plates at sister restaurant, GT Fish & Oyster. Designed by Karen Herold of Studio K, the motif of a modern day fairy tale inspires the refined main dining space, and carries into the private dining room on the second level.
In addition to GT Prime and GT Fish & Oyster, Tentori is the executive chef of BOKA Catering Group, which provides restaurant quality service and cuisine to a variety of both social and corporate events.
