Clumsy Cow BBQ

Clumsy Cow BBQ is a new fast-casual, first come, first served restaurant in Chicago’s Loop, located just next door from the city’s oldest camera store, Central Camera Co. Our menu focuses on “new school smoke”, offering inventive creations paired with nostalgic classics, like the meats commonly affiliated with BBQ, but smothered and smoked in dry rub flavors you won’t find at other spots. Our team is led by partners Dan Rook, Zack Blazek, and Matt Wiegers, along with executive chef Alexander Willis – all working to proudly serve up Chicago’s downtown BBQ while building community and filling a culinary void in the neighborhood.
