Wagyu & Black Truffle Dinner at Maple & Ash
Bid black truffle season farewell with an exclusive black truffle and wagyu experience hosted at Chicago’s top steakhouse Maple & Ash. Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, Chef/Partner Danny Grant will be presenting a decadent five-course dinner complete with opulent touches aimed to wow. The affair will commence with a cocktail hour featuring live jazz music and an extravagant iced seafood tower filled with luxurious fixings such as black tiger prawn, Bushu Gyu wagyu tartare, and golden Kaluga caviar. Look forward to dishes featuring premium wagyu cuts from around the world such as Wagyu Beef Cheek Raviolo Al’Uovo with burgundy black truffle or the Bone-in Kysushu Wagyu Ribeye & Matsusaka Wagyu Strip Duo. Round it out with Chocolate Cake and Banana Fosters flambéed tableside paired with a digestif of Truffle Pedro Ximenez San Emilio Sherry as a final toast to black truffle season.
