ViewPoints: Antisemitism

Today’s resurgence of antisemitism is regularly in the news. Is this wave the same as previous peaks in antisemitism, or is it a different problem with its own distinctive characteristics?

To address this question, Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership, 610 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, presents ViewPoints: Antisemitism, an expert-led presentation followed by guided audience discussion, Sunday, Oct. 27, at 2 p.m.

ViewPoints: Antisemitism will feature two leaders in the field, Indiana University Professors Dr. Mark Roseman and Dr. Günther Jikeli. Roseman will discuss themes of continuity and change in antisemitism over the last centuries, while Jikeli will draw on his recent research to analyze characteristics of today’s antisemitism.

Tickets are $18 for non-members, $10 for Spertus members, and $8 for students and Spertus alumni.
