The Langham Chicago’s Pavilion Summer Afternoon Tea
Influenced by the sweet and savory flavors of summer, guests can delight in a brand new menu of light bites, indulgent desserts, and crisp refreshers ranging from charred banana with pistachio crunch and smoked honey on brioche bread, to a Korean BBQ duck in a gooseberry chutney, with cornbread and a Thai basil salad, and even dehydrated summer peaches with dill pickled cucumber and mustard seeds on an everything bagel chip. Elevated desserts include nectarine charlotte lady fingers with mascarpone and strawberry as well as watermelon macarons. To perfectly pair with each elevated item, the menu also provides a selection of summer-inspired teas and bubbly. Alternatively, Pavilion is also offering a children-friendly menu for the younger set.
