Embark on a monthly experience as we transform one of our unique historic spaces into an exclusive spirit-free speakeasy. This month we’re getting festive and moving the speakeasy to take over Happy’s Holiday Pop-up Bar. A crowd favorite, Happy’s magically transforms our vintage olympic swimming pool into a bar filled with holiday cheer. During a 90-minute seating, guests will be guided through a curated tasting menu of crafted cocktails. These libations, artfully composed from an array of zero-proof spirits, apéritifs, and bitters, promise an experience that defies convention.

Guiding this month’s Speakeasy is Tori Guido from Absence of Proof, a company dedicated to creating social drinking events for people who are sober, sober curious or just wanting to take a night off from drinking.

Each ticket will come with a welcome wine from ALLAY, 3 cocktails featuring Ritual Zero Proof, and samples of products.

Important Info:

All drinks offered will be below 0.5% ABV (non-alcoholic). Some drinks will utilize non-alcoholic spirits that mimic the taste and aroma of alcohol, without the intoxicating effects. If you are in recovery or are potentially triggered by the taste of alcohol, please do not consume these beverages. Our events mimic the environment of a bar, and Happy’s during normal business hours is a fully functioning bar. Alcoholic beverages will not be available for purchase during this event, but there may be spirits and bottles in view. If this is triggering, please do not attend.

If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with your healthcare provider before consuming any of our beverages.
