Scotch Lodge Pop-Up at The Violet Hour

The Violet Hour, the James Beard Award-winning institution known for jumpstarting Chicago’s craft cocktail scene, is welcoming Southeast Portland’s acclaimed whisky haven Scotch Lodge (2025 James Beard Finalist for Outstanding Bar Program) for a one-night-only collaboration behind the bar! Tucked behind the iconic velvet curtains of The Violet Hour’s unmarked entrance in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood, Scotch Lodge will join forces with The Violet Hour’s talented team to serve up signature drinks from the guest bar’s inventive menu—alongside a few favorites from the home team. Named Portland Monthly’s Bar of the Year just six months after opening in 2019, Scotch Lodge continues to earn acclaim for its expansive whisky collection and expertly crafted cocktails. The event runs from 9 pm to 12 am. and is open to the public. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made via OpenTable.
