Classical Music Chicagopresents Rush Hour Concerts, the best of Chicago-based classical artists in chamber music performances at St. James Cathedral (65 E Huron Street, Chicago). The series of 45 minute concerts is held on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer (June-August) at 5:45 p.m. Visit Classical Music Chicago website for more information.
Join us in person or online on August 15 at 5:45 pm for Violins of Hope and FilAm Foundation (Marian Mayuga, violin, Brent Taghap, violin, Larissa Mapua, viola, Ezra Escobar, cello, Magnus Villanueva, piano). The Quintet will perform works by music by Arnold Schoenberg, Florence Price and Ottorino Respighi. Doors open at 5:00 pm and pre-talk begins at 5:15 pm. Concerts will also be streamed from our website.
