Rhyme Time With The Acme Storytellers

Actor, writer, and producer Mark Roberts (creator of TV’s Mike and Molly, writer of Two and a Half Men), and Chicago musician and composer Dag Juhlin (Poi Dog Pondering, Sunshine Boys) have teamed up to form The Acme Storytellers, a live performance duo.

Roberts recently published his first book, The Lonely Banjo, an adult-friendly collection of humorous, and heartwarming, stories and poems for children. In this debut production, that is free for all ages, Roberts and Juhlin will perform an evening of comedic stories, poems and songs, written by and based on new, unreleased material by Roberts, which will appeal to kids and adults alike. Comedian Mike Toomey (WGN Morning News) opens the show.
