Pier Fitness: Rush Hour Workouts at Navy Pier
Break a sweat with cardio workouts led by professional fitness instructors in Polk Bros Park Performance Lawn, the gateway to Navy Pier.
For all ages and levels, workouts include Zumba, WERQ and Jazzercise.
Classes are held Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm, followed by Sunset Yoga at 7:30pm, June 1st through August 31st.
