Pie-Tanic
Claudia Carr has a dilemma. She’s an award winning baker, yet she’s afraid of pies! Her smartphone-obsessed daughter Felicity has the solution. An oceanic cruise of the maiden voyage of Pie-tanic, the world’s first pie-themed cruise ship, with its state of the art “pi-fi” that runs everything on the ship. What could go wrong?
Join the Carrs, “Pie-lot” Big Joe Boetz, and a ship-full of kooky characters as they cross the sea, joking, rocking out, looking for that next amazing destination and a good ‘net signal! They encounter a sooth-saying kangaroo, a group of mud-worshipers, some wise-cracking virtual assistant apps, and what’s up with that guy with the mustache?
Pie-tanic, there will be pie!
Pie-tanic is written by Ginny Brooks, providing the story, title, and many of the characters when she was a young girl; and co-writers Patrick and Michael Brooks (The Aantsy Aardvark). Original music by Paco Higdon. Directed by Martina Logan and Michael Brooks.
