New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant 

 The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant, 1401 South Michigan Avenue in the South Loop, invites guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve on a high note with their indulgent, tasteful and specially curated menu. The $85 per person package (gratuity and tax are extra) includes a three-course meal, complete with appetizer, entrée and dessert and is served from 4pm-9:30pm. The variety of options created by Chef de Cuisine Oscar Montesinos include appetizer choices of Watercress Salad, House Smoked Salmon, Wood-Grilled Local Mushrooms ‘En Mole Verde’, Oysters Rockefeller, or Signature Lobster Bisque; main course items Faroe Islands Salmon, Sauteed Black Bass, Roasted Moulard Duck Breast, or an 8 oz. Prime Filet Mignon; and Dessert options Orange-Coconut Panna Cotta, Molten Chocolate Cake, or Profiteroles and house made Ice Cream.

The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant not only boasts a proud and resilient history, but delivers a memorable, guest-first dining experience. Formerly Engine Company 104 of the Chicago Fire Department, The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant infuses thoughtfulness into every detail. To uphold the longstanding tradition of serving the South Loop neighborhood, this acclaimed 1905 Romanesque Revival structure opened its historic doors in 2000 as The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant. The structure and menu go hand-in-hand to reflect uniqueness, thoughtfulness, quality, and relevance.
