Mountainfilm on Tour to Arrive in Chicago at the Music Box Theatre on November 10
(Chicago, IL | 10/07/2019) – Mountainfilm on Tour brings a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, Colorado. The tour will soon visit Chicago for the first time at the historic Music Box Theatre on Sunday, November 10 with films that explore themes connected to Mountainfilm’s mission of using the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world. A Mountainfilm presenter will guide the audience through the program providing insight on the films, filmmakers and subjects.
The show kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with doors opening at 5 p.m. Tickets for Mountainfilm on Tour in Chicago can be purchased online at www.mountainfilm-on-tour-chicago.eventbrite.com. Tickets will also be available the day of the event at the Music Box Theatre. The cost is $25 for General Admission and $35 for General Admission plus a Happy Hour reception before the films, which includes snacks from local vendors, two free drinks and access to the Music Box Theatre lounge. A raffle of prizes from local sponsors including Moosejaw, Patagonia, Arc’ teryx, and Adler Planetarium will take place during the event.
