LINCOLN PARK HEALTH & WELLNESS WEEKEND RETURNS JUNE 3 – 4

CHICAGO (May 17, 2023) – The Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) is excited to announce the return of Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend on Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4. This two-day event will offer free classes at Lincoln Common and Theater on the Lake; a Health & Wellness Showcase featuring a variety of local businesses specializing in health and wellness products and services; and a donation drive for Lincoln Park Community Services.

“We are excited to bring together local businesses, fitness enthusiasts, and neighbors to promote a healthy
lifestyle while helping those in need,” said LPCC President & CEO, Kim Schilf.

Listed below is the current schedule for free outdoor classes and events during Lincoln Park Health & Wellness
Weekend:

Saturday, June 3
Lincoln Common Plaza, 2335 N. Lincoln

Health & Wellness Showcase
8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Visit the Plaza at Lincoln Common to pick up giveaways, enter raffles, and learn more about Lincoln Park’s health and wellness businesses and offerings.

EQX Summer Sets Class with Equinox Lincoln Common
8:30 – 9:15 a.m.

Mat Pilates Class with Heat 3.0 Pilates Reformer & Hot Yoga Studio
9:30 – 10:15 a.m.

Workout in the Plaza with F45 DePaul
10:30 – 11:15 a.m.

Total Body Class with Barry’s
11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Sunday, June 4
The Lakefront Green at Theater on the Lake, 2401 N. Lake Shore
Join us for a Lakeside Fusion Class with Pure Barre Lincoln Park and a Vinyasa Flow with Lakeshore Sport &
Fitness – class times and registration coming soon!

More classes will be added to the schedule. A complete list of free classes and details will be available soon.
All classes are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for all classes is encouraged and available at lincolnparkchamber.com.

The weekend will also feature a donation drive for hygiene products to benefit Lincoln Park Community Services, a comprehensive social service agency serving individuals facing homelessness and poverty. Donations of deodorant, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and other hygiene items will be accepted at the LPCC check-in table on both days.
