LIGHTS at The Annoyance Theatre
After a sold-out, six-week summer run, LIGHTS returns to the Annoyance Theatre this month. In an effort to give back, two self-important performers (Anna Weatherwax and Traer Schon) take to the stage to examine the importance of live comedic theater. Through an all-blackout sketch show, these pretentious actors give an unsolicited lesson in “sketch theatre”, flailing to move an audience — and their careers forward.
LIGHTS runs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. from August 16–August 23 at The Annoyance Theatre, an alternative, independent staple of Chicago’s world-famous live comedy scene.
