Learning Series | Access and Arts Education
This installment of the Learning Series begins a conversation around a topic many educators will need to leverage. Accessibility in public space has always been a need that ways needed to be meet with more attention and resources. Classroom spaces are a major part of this dialogue. How does your classroom, curriculum and approach meet the needs of all your students? How do you successfully support students with disabilities in all the various and compound ways it may show up in your space? In this event we will be joined by with disability rights activists Kennedy Healy (Crip Crap Media) and Whitney Hill (SPORK!) to learn some ways to be more knowledgeable and direct advocates for Chicagoland students.
