Lao Pi Mai (New Year) 2023 Celebration at The Hatchery!

We are excited to bring you the Lao Pi Mai (New Year) 2023 experience! Please join us in celebrating with a delicious Lao spread, music from DJ RS3, and more surprises! Our spread will be served communal style and will include a variety of appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. There will be favorites from our current menu and new dishes such as khao poon pa (fish red coconut curry noodle soup), gang nor mai (bamboo shoot soup), shrimp and mussel basil stir fry, nam van (cantaloupe, sweet corn and coconut dessert), and more!

We look forward to making new friends as we all wish each other good health and prosperity for the New Year! Please RSVP for this unique event by Saturday, April 8th! The number of guests will be limited so RSVP as soon as possible. Free parking is available onsite.

Also, in the spirit of Lao New Year where offerings are made, we will be donating a portion of the event’s total sales to Breakthrough.org. Breakthrough.org is a non-profit organization that partners with people to build connections, develop skills, and open doors of opportunity.
