Heart Of Chicago Soul Club’s All Vinyl Halloween Dance Party!

 

       Kick off your Halloween weekend at Heart Of Chicago Soul Club‘s All-Vinyl, Rare Soul Dance Party!  Our women-led soul club will return to Color Club Arts on Friday, October 27th to spin Rare Northern Soul, Motown, 60’s and danceable psychedelic, as well as some fun Halloween surprises for a groovin’  bash.

Prepare to be bewitched as Color Club‘s ballroom undergoes a delightful Halloween transformation by

ACRE, Artist Cooperative Residency & Exhibition. Costumes are encouraged but not required! DJs Debbie, Rockin’ Ricki, Psyche Prissie Pie, The Kat, and special guest Rich Marafioti will have you under their musical spells! This is a dance event by DJ’s who love to dance, so they will work their magic to keep your bones on the dance floor to BOO-gie all night long!

We are an inclusive group and are opening up our dance floor to ages 18+, and hope to give an opportunity for all adults to dance and experience rare soul music in a ballroom setting like the original Northern Soul culture in the North of the UK in the 60’s and 70s. Looking forward to dancing with you for this memorable night Out On the Floor !
