Côte D’Azur Spring Seafood Festival

Flavors of the French Riviera will be front and center at La Voute’s inaugural Côte D’Azur Spring Seafood Festival, Wednesday, March 22nd through Sunday, March 26th. In celebration of the new spring season, Executive Chef Robert Burt and Chef du Cuisine Pierre Vega are paying homage to one of the world’s leading seafood capitals. During the five-day Festival, the popular French bistro in historic downtown Homewood will showcase a special menu inspired by the fresh coastal influences of the Côte D’Azur.

“We are bringing a taste of the French Riviera right here to Homewood for all those who can’t make it their for Spring Break!” exclaimed Chef Robert, who has a proud history of serving the people of Homewood. “Our vision is to create authentic moments that people can connect to.”
La Voute, a farm-to-table concept that serves Midwestern fare with French essence, will enhance its normal dinner menu March 22nd – 26th (4 pm until 9 pm) with a variety of iconic seafood specialties from the Côte D’Azur like Le Poisson du Jour (fish), fresh oysters and shellfish, Fruit de Mer, seafood platters, and more. Beyond the flavors of the French Riviera, La Voute will also feature hand-crafted cocktails from the region, curated French coastal music, and a knowledgeable wait staff ready to talk about it all. As always, Chef Robert is committed to elevating the guest experience and deepening its bonds within the community. Reservations for the Côte D’Azur Spring Seafood Festival can now be made on OpenTable.
Housed within a former bank with whimsical nods to its historical setting like a vault room for private gatherings and a classic cocktail cart for custom tableside service, La Voute is a neighborhood restaurant that prides itself on making personal connections and local partnerships. The curated, approachable menu incorporate ingredients and flavors that have long been abundantly cultivated in the farms and fields surrounding Homewood and the local Midwest area.
