Christie’s Celebrates Chicago With A New Exhibition

In honor of the 40th anniversary in Chicago, Christie’s is putting on a public exhibition of a variety of work from Impressionist and Modern Art, Post-War Contemporary Art as well as 20th Century Design.

Highlights of the exhibition include a ‘Moon and Stars’ trumpet designed and played by Miles Davis, Charles White’s Banner for Willie J., and Picasso’s Buste d’Homme. Other highlights include works from the Collection of James and Marilynn Alsdorf in Chicago.
