Bring the Bah Home – Virtual Seafood Roll & Seafood Wedge Class


On January 14th at 6:00 PM, you are invited to a Virtual Seafood Roll & Seafood Salad zoom class with Quality Crab & Oyster Bah’s Executive Chef Donny Farrell. Chef Donny will give you the 101 on preparing two classics (and favorites!) from our Bah menu: our signature New England Seafood Roll and Seafood Wedge Salad. Both dishes feature King Crab, Lobster, and Jumbo Shrimp, and Chef Donny will teach you how to break down each piece of fresh shellfish to get the most delicious bite. Each kit comes with steamed King Crab Legs, Lobster Tail, Jumbo Shrimp, toasted Brioche Bun, baby Iceberg Lettuce and all the necessary garnishes to complete both the roll and wedge.  We’ve also included our unique crab pad, shellfish scissors, and seafood splitters to crack into your crab legs like a pro! This package, designed to create one roll and one salad, is available for $75 per kit, plus tax (gratuity not included). Optional add-ons are available upon check-out to create a full meal from Quality Crab & Oyster Bah.
