On March 28, join Osteria Langhe for an upscale fine dining experience brought to you by the new culinary team of A to Z Hospitality, the emerging restaurant group behind Logan Square’s Osteria Langhe, Testaccio, and Soif Wine Lounge. Chefs Fabian Hernandez, Nelson Chavez, and Michael Lanzerotte are teaming up to present a five-course dinner featuring their elevated take on authentic cuisine from the Piedmont region of Italy along with customized wine pairings. Enjoy dishes like Robiola Gnocchi, Poached Langoustine with hazelnut puma, Veal Tournedo with Barolo reduction and cipollini fondue, and more. Two seatings for the evening are available at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm and can be booked on Tock.
