Ovation Academy is thrilled, honored and over-the-moon to present the newly adapted JR version Of 13!
13 JR. follows Evan Goldman as he is plucked from his fast-paced, preteen New York City life and plopped into a sleepy Indiana town. Surrounded by an array of simpleminded middle school students, join Evan as he tries to establish his place in the popularity pecking order, grapples with his parents divorce, and prepares for his impending Bar Mitzvah. With a rock score from Tony Award-winning composer, Jason Robert Brown, 13 JR. tells the timeless story of navigating the complex social circles of a new school and discovering how to fit in – and stand out.
