Wicker Park Divvy

With summer in full swing, there's no better place to be than Chicago. This summer in our Ridin' Divvy series, we're featuring a different Divvy itinerary each month to help locals and visitors explore different neighborhoods by bike. (Check out our Lakefront and Loop/River North itineraries!) This time, we're starting in Wicker Park and riding through Humboldt Park and Logan Square.

Divvy Loop

Warm weather is upon us, and there's no better way to get out and see the city than by bike. This summer in our Ridin' Divvy series, we'll be featuring a different Divvy itinerary each month to help locals and visitors explore different neighborhoods by bike. Divvy

Over the past few months, you've become quite familiar with the occasional flash of bright blue throughout the Chicago streets, but you've never seen a Divvy bike quite like this one: The HoliDivvy bike. Cheerfully wrapped in candy cane-esque stripes, this single HoliDivvy Bike is making its way across the city from one of its 300 Divvy satsions through New Year's Day. Will you be the one to come across on it on your daily commute?

Divvy

So what are all these baby blue bikes popping up all over the place? If you haven't seen them, don't worry, you will. These bikes belong to you! Well, you and the rest of the city of Chicago. The cleverly named bike sharing program, Divvy, allows locals, commuters, and visitors of Chicago to use a different kind of public transportation to travel around the city.
