Head to Navy Pier for excitement on the water during the 108th Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac, one of the longest annual freshwater sailing race in the world. Watch hundreds of boats from the sidelines for this high energy event that tests the strength, endurance, strategy, and willpower of the racing yachtsmen. You can even cheer them on to victory as they head to the finish line!

Lincoln Park neighbors are opening up their gates to the public to explore more than 100 of the lush residential gardens at Sheffield Music Festival and Garden Walk. There will also be two stages of music with headliners Redfoo and The Mowgli's. There are both self-guided garden tours, and guided architecture tours. The weekend also includes food and the Kids' Corner with entertainment and activities for families to enjoy.

The 4th annual Taste of Latin America will be held at its new location in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. The taste showcases the unique foods of nearly a dozen Latin American countries including Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Cuba. There's also an eclectic world music lineup, with headliners Orquesta Leal and The Business, beer/wine tents, kids'/family activities and artisans. The glorious grape will be paired and celebrated along with the exotic cuisine and music at this year's all-new Taste of Latin America wine tastings!

Wicker Park Fest reflects the vibrant Wicker Park area with this hip, diverse and eclectic outdoor party that Chicago magazine has called "one of the best of the summer". On its 13th anniversary season, the festival will showcase some of the most highly anticipated music acts of the summer as well as a children's fun area, an arts section with installation and performance acts, dozens of the most popular local boutiques and restaurants.

Head to the Chicago Craft Beer Festival for its 5th annual event featuring 70-plus specialty/small batch microbrews from Chicago. Some breweries featured are Arcade Brewery, Argus Brewery, Around the Bend Brewery, Black Belt Brewery and many more. In addition to tastings, it also features beer sales and music/food in conjunction with the Sheffield Music Festival & Garden Walk.
