Chicago Dancing Festival

Join the 10th annual Chicago Dancing Festival presenting 6 performances in 5 days at Auditorium Theatre, MCA, Harris Theater, Pritzker Pavilion and Navy Pier. Highlights include a Festival debut by Pennsylvania Ballet, an inaugural "Modern Men" program featuring Chicago Premieres by Joshua Beamish, the debut of Planet Chicago plus performances from Hubbard Street, Aszure Barton + Artists, The Royal Ballet and dozens more.

Take in the laughs - and spectacular nighttime views of Chicago - as two of Zanies Comedy Club's funniest comedy acts perform on the last Shoreline Sightseeing Comedy Cruise of the season with Patt McGann headlining. The cruise will depart from Shoreline's dock at Polk Bros Park at the southwest corner of Navy Pier at 8:00 pm, returning at 9:30 pm. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure time. A cash bar will be available.

Enjoy bears and beers, lions and lagers, anteaters and ales...all at Brookfield Zoo's fifth annual ZooBrew. ZooBrew is a one-of-a-kind, unique beer-tasting event featuring over 80 beers. Breweries include 51st Ward, Abita, Alarmist, Blue Nose & many more. There will also be live entertainment from U.F.C. Band and No Alternative.
Taste of Greektown

Hellenic pride will take center stage when this popular culinary and cultural fest in Chicago's West Loop returns for its 27th year. In addition to food, the festival features music and entertainment including Greek bands, artisans and a play area for kids. Participating restaurants include Artopolis, Athena, Mr. Greek Gyros and much more. The Orpheus Hellenic Folklore Society will also offer dance lessons on Saturday at 5 & 7 p.m. and a dance troupe willl perform Sunday at 8 p.m.
Bucktown Arts Fest

Enjoy works by 200 participating artists, plus three music stages, craft beers, food and so much more at this premier arts festival and Bucktown neighborhood tradition. The Bucktown Arts Fest is a non-profit, all-volunteer run, neighborhood celebration of the arts. All proceeds from the fest go to fund, develop and support arts education programming at Holstein Park and in the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhoods.
Randolph Street Market Festival

Stock up on end of summer sales and back-to-school deals! Nearly 300 vendors set up shop both outdoors off Randolph Street and inside Chicago's Plumbers Hall for this monthly shopping fest. But besides the vintage clothing, antique furniture, local designer duds and one-of-a-kind collectibles, there's live music, food and drinks... tacos in a bag or duck fat frites anyone?
