Summer means summer concerts and outdoor music. It's about time! And there is nothing that means summertime like watching your favorite artists performing under the stars, and at these premiere local venues that dream is possible.
The Ravinia, located in the near north suburb of Highland Park, is a nice little escape from the city with some nice big talent to boot. Hidden away in a shaded grove, the outdoor theater welcomes your blankets and picnics baskets for another season in 2014. You can hear classical music from the likes of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, fan favorites like Hall & Oates and contemporary hit makers like John Legend.
