My kids love the Museum of Science and Industry. Each time we visit (at least once every two months!) we discover new and interesting scraps of knowledge. I have been coming to this fantastic museum since I was a little girl, so it's a joy to share it with my children. It's interactive, educational and, once you're here, you'll want to stay all night. Well, now you can.
This year is your chance to spend your family's own incredible "night at the museum" at the Museum of Science and Industry's Snoozeum!
This is a rare opportunity to visit the museum after dark and explore the museum after closing - how cool is that!?! While I can't guarantee that any of the exhibits will really come to life, you will have the chance to wake up next to a 727 or a giant heart. Activities such as special scavenger hunts, toy-making activities, and live science experiments will keep you busy into the wee hours.
The Snoozeum is open to families with children ages 5-12. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. You'll need to bring your own sleeping bags and pillows. (Parents may want to consider bringing an air mattress!) Snacks and a continental breakfast will be provided.
