Today, the 2015 NFL Draft kicks off a weekend of incredible football fantasy all over Chicago.
The celebrated annual selection of the best and brightest college stars will begin with the first round at 7 p.m. CT tonight. The second and third rounds will begin at 6 p.m. CT tomorrow, May 1, and the final four rounds will commence at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday, May 2.
Surrounding the actual player selections will be Draft Town, a 900,000-square-foot FREE fan festival at Congress Plaza in Grant Park. The enormous football festival will feature food, live music, interactive events, a Super Bowl museum, football clinics, a flag football competition, free player autographs and more than 100 screens on which to view the NFL Draft.
Draft Town will be open to the public during all three days of the NFL Draft:
• Thursday, April 30: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.
• Friday, May 1: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.
• Saturday, May 2: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Stick around Saturday night for a FREE live Phillip Phillips concert at 8 p.m. CT on Saturday. Chicago's own JC Brooks & The Uptown Sound will perform, and newcomer musician Marc Scibilia will open the show. Again - no tickets required!
