How do you take spin class to the next level? Add a DJ, Millennium Park, and rows on rows of stationary bikes of course! Stop by Millennium Park on June 19th to be part of one of the biggest group exercise classes ever! Being guided by a certified instructor, hop on one of the 200+ bikes and start spinning and burning calories. This event is completely free and on a first-come-first-serve basis. The event starts at 5:30PM, so you may want to get there early and bring a water bottle!
Enjoy free jazz music at Millennium Park every Thursday this summer from July 24th through August 28th, brought to you by The Jazz Institute in Chicago. For years, the Jazz Institute Chicago has been showcasing their best musicians for free shows, so be sure to catch a show one Thursday this summer!
No Labor Day Weekend plans? Well, join Chicago's favorite Labor Day Weekend celebration at the 36th annual Chicago Jazz festival. From noon to 9:30PM enjoy some of the best jazz music in the world for three full days. This year, see this year's top acts including Terence Blanchard, Rufus Reid, Gary Burton, Dave Holland, Cecile McLorin Salvant and the Sun Ra Arkestra. Each and every show is completely free of charge. So if you're in the mood to sit back, relax, and enjoy some Jazz this summer, be sure to stop by Millennium Park August 28th-31st.
Fun. Fahion. Fundraising. All three will be widely available at this year's Macy's Glamorama at Millenium Park. Each year, Macy's Glamorama visits four cities with a red-hot runway, chart-topping performers and performances, and the best styles fashion has to offer. The exact date has not been set to date, but be sure to check their website for updates!
