Claudia Pop Up Restaurant // July 14, July 28

On July 14th and 28th, Claudia is popping up for a fine dining fairytale with 5:30 and 8:30 pm seatings. Chef Trevor Teich's pop-up concept was a finalist in the "Best Alternative Dining” category in the 2017 Jean Banchet Awards. Expect playful food and intricate flavors, including lightly fried escargot with truffle and a peas and carrots popsicle intermezzo course.

Bastille Day Celebrations at Floriole Café & Bakery // July 14-16

Floriole Cafe & Bakery celebrates France's Bastille Day with a weekend full of family-friendly festivities and free samples in Lincoln Park from July 14th-16th. Each day from 3 pm to 5 pm, enjoy complimentary French-inspired tastings from fine wines to cheese and chocolate alongside co-owner and executive chef Sandra Holl. Bud & Burgers Lunch Pop Up // July 18-21

Feast on beer and burgers at the second annual pop-up Bud & Burgers lunch restaurant from July 18th-21st. Participating chefs this year include The Bristol's Chef Todd Stein, The Butcher & Larder's Chef Rob Levitt and Maple & Ash's Chef Danny Grant. A $5 entry fee includes your choice of burger and an ice cold Budweiser. All ticket proceeds benefit Folds of Honor. 6 South Clark, 11am–2 pm

 

Allium Collaborative Chef Dinner // July 20

On July 20th, the Four Seasons Chicago and Executive Chef Sean Murray host Chefs Jenny Cleveland and Ed Heath of Cleveland-Heath in Edwardsville, Illinois for a collaborative dinner at Allium. Heath is a James Beard Semi-Finalist as well as St. Louis' Chef of the Year in 2015. They'll be cooking up watermelon pork belly and king salmon with apricot-miso and prawn hash.
