Wicker Park's Duet Dance Studio (2515 W. North Ave.) is hosting a series of Valentine's Day "Dirty Dancing" themed parties for beginners on Valentine's Day weekend, February 12-14. Learn the classic Catskill Mountains moves then enjoy open dancing, hors d'oeuvres, and BYOB. Only one ticket ($85) is required per couple.  

 

Enjoy a romantic cooking class.
The Chopping Block is Chicago's premier recreational cooking school, offering demonstrations and hands-on cooking and wine classes at its two locations (The Merchandise Mart Plaza and at Lincoln Square, 4747 N. If you still haven't found that special someone for Valentine's Day, here's your opportunity to build your own life partner. At the Build Your Own Valentine Party on February 12 at ACME Hotel (15 E. Ohio St.), mixer guests will pick and choose from four different robot kits to build a Valentine over cocktails. A master robot-builder from Robot City Workshop will guide the two-hour session to help make sure all inanimate partners meet your high standards. 

 

Find the nudes at the Art Institute of Chicago.
The Naked at the Art Museum Scavenger Hunt showcases the Art Institute of Chicago's bawdier masterpieces. Learn the stories behind the paintings and have a blast as you explore hidden corners of the museum. No previous experience with art, or nudity, is required! Follow along as a sexually frustrated farmer, Luke Skywalker, rescues the luscious Princess Leia, who is being held prisoner of the sadomasochistic villain, Darth Vader. Burlesque brings out the fun in sexiness — there is no outright nudity. Showing every Saturday night in February; tickets are $28. A Nude Hope is Chicago theater at its most kooky best, and the smaller venue, Gorilla Tango Theater, is a cozy atmosphere that encourages audience participation and laughs. Sultry music and vintage burlesque dancing will set the stage for a 6-course menu (oysters are among the aphrodisiacs) paired with bubbly and a bottle of Sexual Chocolate Wine. The underground speakeasy lair Untitled Supper Club (111 W. Kinzie St.) hosts Inamorata: A Valentine's Day Couple's Dinner with one seating each night, February 13-14.

Carnivale
restaurant (702 W. Fulton St.) will be hosting Le Nu: An Evening of Desire· Decadence ·Dessert. Guests will be immersed in the sumptuous surroundings of the "Samba Room" and served decadent desserts while being tantalized by Miss L'amour and a hand selected group of the most amazing acts and musicians in the world. Seating is so limited that it is like you're getting a private show. February 13 at 8pm/10pm/Midnight and February 14 at 7pm/9pm/11pm.
