Publican Tavern just opened in July at O’Hare. If you have time to spare, take a seat at the bar and order a signature cocktail with lunch. You’ll find fresh dishes including salads, sandwiches and mouthwatering entrées such as the pulled-pork plate. Breakfast also gets rave reviews. Food is served on signature gingham plates, familiar to anyone who's been to The Publican in the Fulton Market neighborhood.

Goose Island is a Chicago staple for locally brewed beers, and now you can enjoy a sampling of the experience at O’Hare.
