Vividbraille Lead

Menswear often gets overlooked with the plethora and prominence of female-only retail stores in Chicago. But it's quality over quantity for these inner city manly boutiques. Style never takes a vacation, so keep your steez crispy at these Chicago menswear stores.

Vividbraille (2064 N. Damen Ave.)

Vividbraille takes a unique and hands-on approach to fashion. The brand boldly states their mission "to change the world, one garment at a time." Fine shoes, and brands one wouldn't ordinarily come across are kept in stock, alongside Vividbraille's own label. Quality craftsmanship is emphasized in every label the store carries, and reflected in the screen printing classes the boutique offers. Not only does Vividbraille encourage customers to wear good fashion, but it wants to teach you how to make it too.

Haberdash (607 N. State St.)

Haberdash combines old school luxury with casual cool. The store's locations vary from traditional boutique to "EDC" (Every Day Carry) -- and both are home to carefully curated collections of brands such as Tanner Goods, Gitman Bros, and Rag & Bone. The EDC retail concept is revolutionary for Chicago -- Haberdash took a military term and shaped it into their own style. The EDC store prepares "men for whatever the day holds" and in addition to carrying accessories and shoes, is home to both an apothecary and barber shop.

SuitSupply (945 N. Rush St.)

SuitSupply takes stuffy business suits and makes them stylish, affordable, and accessible. Located in the Gold Coast, the store offers a quality array of suits with European flair and made from fine Italian fabrics along with personal tailoring services. Tailoring is done while you wait on-site.
