Pitchfork Music Festival

Lollapalooza tickets went on sale yesterday and - much to the dismay of this writer - sold out in a matter of minutes (don't worry single-day tickets go on sale April 9). Alone and heartbroken, I remembered the wise words of my grandfather who always used to tell me, "Where one music festival door closes, another one opens." As it turns out, the old man was right. Pitchfork Music Festival announced it's full lineup and, just like grandpa promised, tickets are still available

The 2013 Pitchfork Music Festival, happening Friday, July 19 through July 21 at Chicago's Union Park, is known for bringing transcendent artists and young talent on the brink of superstardom. Joining already confirmed headliners like R. Kelly, Bjork and Belle & Sebastian will be Solange (as in Beyonce's sister), Wire, and Lil' B.

Three day passes are currently on sale for $120, while single day tickets are available for $50 a pop.
