Unique perspectives on the city from the people who live here.

Posts from March 2018

In a nation of immigrants, few cities reflect our nation's rich melting pot better than Chicago. From Chinatown to Pilsen, and Greektown to Little Italy, immigrants from countries around the world settled into these culturally familiar enclaves back in the 19th and 20th centuries. They remain just as vibrant today, with bustling cafes, restaurants, museums, public art and more.

TONY nominated actress Orfeh is making her way to Chicago this summer for her role in Pretty Women: The Musical at the James M. Nederlander Theatre. With previews beginning on March 13, and the run extending till April 15, the New York City native is excited to become Kit Deluca on stage.
