- Program Description/Target Market: The Tourism Customer Advisory Council is a two-day, roundtable discussion with top tour operator and motorcoach company clients regarding Chicago services, hotels, restaurants, attractions, motorcoach parking, visitor experience, etc. There is a small familiarization tour available on the last day of the program.
