Salero offers an upscale, yet casual dining experience devoting its concept to the flavors of Spain, specifically the Basque region. The menu includes an extensive selection of pinxtos (The Basque regions equivalent to tapas) including an oxtail stuffed piquillo pepper. Entradas include favorites such as octopus a la plancha, house made burrata and chorizo stuffed quail. The innovative Platos Fuertes menu offers whole grilled lobster or lubina, braised pork cheeks or a vegetarian confit potatoes a la plancha. Flan de queso fresco, chocolate cremeux or a cheese plate are a perfect way to end the meal.
The beverage program boasts an extensive list of Spanish wines, an unparalleled sherry list and a craft cocktail program that features innovative and unique Spanish gin and tonics, sangria's and a variety of others.
Our private event/dining space can accommodate a group of 10 to 50 guests for a full service sit down lunch, dinner or business meeting and up to 75 guests if you are hosting a cocktail party. We can create menus for your event that consist of a la carte options or family style dining. The event space is equipped with audio visual equipment to use for your next business meeting, wedding shower or rehearsal dinner and the space includes its own private bar.
