Cochon Volant is a french bakery, brasserie, & bar in the loop led by James Beard winning chef Roland Liccioni of Les Nomades and acclaimed chef Matt Ayala of Gilt Bar, Schwa & Moto. The menu features French specialties such as classic steak frites, escargot, mussels, roasted chicken, and French dip sandwiches.
The coffee bar allows guests to 'grab and go' with a cappuccino and delicious pain au chocolat. Specialty cocktails are crafted by former Gilt Bar beverage director, Anthony Mitchell, featuring favorites like "The Daily Shave." Cochon Volant is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
